Mrs. Linette Sanjur is in her 14th year of teaching. A native of Puerto Rico, she moved to Florida where she attended high school. She began her academic life at Barry University in Miami before moving to Joplin, Missouri. There she completed a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics at Missouri Southern State University. Her graduate studies in Mathematics started at Central Missouri State University where she taught College Algebra.
Later she began teaching as a adjunct professor at Devry University and as a full time teacher at Nativity of Mary. While teaching at Nativity she enrolled in the Masters of Teaching degree at Webster University. She completed the degree on 2008 and moved to teach at St.Mary's High School.
She has been married for 11 years to Aquilino Sanjur who works for WDAF TV
( Fox 4 ). They have two children Julian Mikel and Gabriella Isabelle. Outside of her classroom she enjoys photography, crafts, and spending time with her family.
