Academics

Founded in 1853, St. Mary's is a a diocesan, coed  high school in the Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph.  Our four-year school offers a college preparatory environment that is fully accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools and the National Catholic Education Association.  Here you'll find a 14:1 student to faculty ratio with the faculty having a combined total of over 400 years educational experience.  Student requirements include 26 credits and 80 hours of Christian service.  Additionally, St. Mary's offers students the opportunity to participate in honors classes and earn college credit through various colleges and universities in the metropolitan area.
